山西潞安集团王庄矿瓦斯抽放系统设计 摘要:王庄煤矿位于山西省长治市郊区顾县,距市中心30km。矿井设计年产量90万吨,服务年限60年。目前开采的3#煤层面积6.5 K㎡37°,平均煤厚8m,整体地质条件比较简单,地堪瓦斯含量平均为7.2m3/t,气体中甲瓦成分平均为81.1%。实测的瓦斯含量为5.84m3/t。根据王庄矿62采区6201工作面瓦斯涌出量预测结果6201工作面的瓦斯涌出量是较大的,达到设计产量时,在瓦斯含量较高地点的平均绝对瓦斯涌出量可达11.7m3/min。 随着矿井开采的深入,矿井瓦斯含量、压力及涌出量呈增大的趋势,单靠通风方法解决工作面瓦斯难度较大。而瓦斯抽放可有效地降低风流中瓦斯浓度,很好地解决瓦斯超限问题。在此前提下,收集王庄矿瓦斯赋存参数、预测瓦斯涌出量及瓦斯含量、进行瓦斯抽放必要性及可行性论证、确定瓦斯抽放方法及管路设计,从而完成王庄煤矿3#煤层瓦斯抽放系统设计。并取得瓦斯灾害防治和瓦斯资源利用的双重目的。 关键词:矿井瓦斯抽放方法抽放管路设备选型 Wangzhuang Mine Gas Drainage System Design The Wang zhuang mine is located thirty kilometers southeast chang zhi city in He Nan province.
