临床医学概要复习(安医专) 6 Summary of clinical medicine - review Symptoms: the subjective pain and discomfort of the patient. Signs: there are objective changes in the body, most of which are found by doctors. Fever: because of various causes the body heat and heat loss imbalance, cause the body temperature rise above normal range, call fever. (low heat: 37.3-38c: 38.1-39c is hot: 39.1-41C ultra hot = 41C) Check heat: the temperature lasts between 39 and 40 degrees. The heat can reach several days or weeks, and the temperature range of 24 hours is no more than 1 degree. It is found in typhoid, paratyphoid, pneumococcal pneumonia. Heat: the temperature is usually above 39 degrees, fluctuating widely, within 24 hours of the temperature difference of two degrees, but the minimum is still higher than normal. It is found in sepsis, rheumatic fever, severe tuberculosis, infective endocarditis. 6, intermittent fever, fever period and no fever period appear alternately, when the heating temperature rise abruptly to 39 degrees above, last several hours and fell to the normal range, after a few hours or a few days later, sudden high body temperature again, so break out repeatedly. Haemoptysis: the hemorrhage of the respiratory organ under the larynx and the larynx is expelled by the mouth. ? Small amount of haemoptysis: less than 100ML of haemoptysis in 24 hours; ? Haemoptysis: the amount of haemoptysis in 24 hours is about 100 to 500ml; ? A lot of haemoptysis: 24 hours of blood volume is above 500ml or a haemoptysis over 300ml. Tuberculosis is the most common Hematemesis: it refers to the hemorrhage of the digestive organ or the stomach, which is called the hematemesis in the oral cavity. Gastrointestinal ulcers are the most common Chief complaint: the main cause of this visit is the main symptom, signs and duration of the patients most painful and uncomfortable feelings. Present medical history: refers to the whole process of the occurrence, development and evolution of the disease.
