信息传播视角下惠农政策满意度研究 　　关键词：信息传播；惠农政策；惠农政策满意度 摘要：国家强农惠农政策密集出台，起到了扶农利民的作用，但在惠农信息向下传达过程中常出现信息阻塞、信息缺损、信息失真等情况，农民不能全面感知惠农政策，从而影响其对惠农政策的满意度评价。对山东和四川几个区县的农民进行问卷调查，并应用统计软件Stata12.0和加权最小二乘回归模型对803份有效问卷统计分析可知，信息传播各因素及其有关人口学变量对惠农政策满意度影响显著；信息传输路径不畅严重影响了农民对于惠农政策的满意度评价。因此，基层政府应加大惠农政策的信息公示力度，以农民需求为导向，调整政策供给方向；建立健全的惠农信息传播机制和信息反馈机制；提高农民的文化水平，培养农业信息科技服务人才，以提升农民惠农政策满意度评价 中图分类号：F30； G203文献标志码：A文章编号：1009-4474（2016）05-0030-07 Key words： information dissemination； policies favouring farmers； satisfaction towards policies favouring farmers Abstract： Being an important subject in the process of rural development， the issues concerning agriculture， countryside and farmers have always been attached great importance to by the Communist Party of China and the Chinese government. The intensive introduction of policies favouring farmers have been playing a role of supporting agriculture and benefiting farmers. At the same time， during the process of agriculture information dissemination， information blockage， losses and distortion frequently appear， and the farmers do not have an overall understanding of those policies， affecting their evaluation of satisfaction. The study built the research hypothesis and the weighted least squares regression model， utilized statistical software STATA 12.0 to analyze the data on the basis of the questionnaire survey performed on peasant from several counties in Shandong and Sichuan Provinces. The results show that the satisfaction of policies favouring farmers is affected obviously by a variety of factors such as information communication and some demographic variables. Information transmission path is not smooth， which seriously affect the farmers’ satisfaction evaluation of the policies. In order to improve the current situation of information dissemination and the satisfaction towards the policies， the grassroots government should increase the intensity in promoting the transparency about the policies， establish a sound mechanism for the information di
