发泡水泥板废料制备免烧免蒸砖的

摘 以发泡水泥板废料代替骨料和部分粉煤灰,采用压制成型方法制备免烧免蒸砖,对不同掺量发泡板废料和不同掺量水
要:
泥进行了对比试验,同时比较了不同石膏、成型水用量、外加剂及养护制度对免烧免蒸砖抗压强度的影响。结果表明,发泡板废料掺
量可高达50% ,成型水用量13%,成型压力4 MPa 左右,制备的免烧免蒸砖抗压强度可达 12 MPa 以上,符合JC 239—2001《粉煤灰
砖》的要求;水泥掺量的增大有利于提高免烧免蒸砖强度;热养护与标准养护20 d 强度相当。

autoclave bricks by compression moulding. Comparative study in different content of foam cement panel waste and cement was car -
ried out ,and the effects of different gypsum ,forming water content ,admixture and curing system on compressive strength of non-
burned and non-autoclave bricks were also investigated. The results show that the non-burned and non-autoclave bricks with com -
pressive strength of more than 12 MPa can be prepared in the condition of 4 MPa pressure ,the maximum mixing amount of foam
cement panel waste up to 50% and the 13% forming water content ,meeting the requirements in standard JC 239—2001 ;Increase
the content of cement can increase the compressive strength of non-burned and non-autoclave bricks ;the 20 d compressive strength
of heating curing and standard curing are concord in the basic line.
