The method uses the working flow rate gradient relative to pilot pressures as evaluation method of micro performance, under the condition of synchronization between the pilot pressure and the outlet flow. Then building the micro analytical process of directional control valve under the premise of working flow rate expressed by hydraulic motor and being based on the results of dynamic characteristics test bench for hydraulic components, the comparison between analytical and experimental results verifies the reliability of the simulation. Meanwhile, taking the swing way of multi-way valve used in hydraulic excavator as the object of the research, the changes of flow coefficient have the robustness in cases that the sensitivity of micro early stage is 7.35 times of the last , which is used to verify the rationality of the evaluation method of
