山东科技大学学士学位论文  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 87 摘要 在高压、高速、大功率的制造行业，机、电、液一体化的设备在整个机械设备中所占的比重越来越大。液压实验台作为一种检测液压元件的必须设备，可对液压泵，液压马达，液压阀等各种液压元件进行测量。本毕业设计的主要任务是设计一试验台系统，以对液压马达进行性能测试，主要是容积效率和机械效率等性能指标。 本文在详述国内外液压试验台研究现状的基础上，对液压马达的性能测试系统进行了设计，包括对总的设计系统原理图以及电控图等进行了详尽的设计、计算以及选型等。 本文对液压马达性能测试系统进行设计，具有很大的必要性，液压马达作为液压系统的执行元件，是整个液压系统的心脏，其质量、性能的好坏直接影响着液压系统的可靠性，进而影响生产设备的正常运行。因此,对液压马达进行精确的性能测试，是辨别产品优劣、改进结构设计、提高工艺水平、保证系统性能和促进产品升级的重要手段。 关键词：液压试验台；液压马达；性能测试 ABSTRACT In the high pressure, high speed, high power manufacturing industry, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic integration of equipment in the entire machinery and equipment accounted for the proportion of more and more large. This paper in details on domestic and foreign hydraulic test bench research present situation foundation, on hydraulic motor performance test system is designed, including the detailed design, calculation and selection of the total system design schematic diagram and control chart. This paper on the hydraulic motor performance test system design, is of great necessity and hydraulic motor as the actuator of the hydraulic system is the heart of the whole hydraulic system, its quality, performance, quality directly affects the reliability of hydraulic system, then affects the normal operation of production equipment. Therefore, the motor for accurate performance testing is to identify the merits of the product, improve the structure design, improve the level of technology, to ensure that the system performance and promote the upgrading of products, an important means.
