In contrast to the common openw eb truss scheme, the m ixed openw eb truss structure can obviously reduce the maxmi um moment and shear of the brace, and adjust the stiffness of the structure. In contrast to the upper suspension beam and the low er transferbeam girder schemes, them ixed openw eb truss structure has better seism ic performance, ductility and integrity, further more itsmass distribution and floor stiffness are very even, the stress concentration is not obvious. It is suggested to use the m ixed openw eb truss in the selection of the connecting body of the tall long span connected building.
