However, due to the passage of time, and under the longterm effects of various factors, materials of building will gradually aging, various level of cracking, steel corrosion, spalling and carbonation of concrete appeared frame members, lead to degeneration of structural properties and decline of structural reliability. It has important significance to discuss and study to the maintenance and reinforcement of modern architecture. The bearing capacity for primary structure is analysed, and is introduced the bearing capacity improving value of reinforced walls strengthenedwith ferrocement, as well as reinforced framing members strengthened with ferrocement and modified concrete. The present work may be usefulfor the further supplement anddevelopment of the maintenance and reinforcement technologies related to modern architecture.
