解放军药学学报第25卷第4期灭活草分枝杆菌注射剂佐治耐药肺结核病的统计分析 赵冠人 · 361- 文章编号：1008-9926(2009)04-0361-04 中图分类号：R521；R978．3 文献标识码：A 灭活草分枝杆菌注射剂佐治耐药肺结核病的统计分析 赵冠人①，冯端浩 (①解放军第309医院药剂科北京100091) 摘要：目的评价灭活草分支杆菌注射剂佐治耐药肺结核的疗效与安全性。方法搜集公开发表的有关灭活草分枝杆菌 注射剂对耐药肺结核治疗效果，设计严密的l临床研究，按Meta分析的要求对检索到的原始研究进行质量评估，对符合条件的 所有研究结果进行Meta分析。结果符合纳入标准的文献共6篇，总样本量424例。佐用灭活草分支杆菌注射剂组212例 其中有李洞者155例，病灶吸收185例，痰菌转阴169例，空洞闭合110例；未佐用灭活草分支杆菌注射剂组212例其中有空 洞者15l例，病灶吸收117例，痰菌转阴104例，空洞闭合60例。3项疗效指标合并OR值分别为5．55、4．66、4．36，整体效应 检验P值均0．000 01，表明疗效有非常显著性差异。结论灭活草分支杆菌注射剂能增强耐药肺结核化疗的效果，适合作 为免疫治疗药物佐治耐药肺结核。 关键词：灭活草分支杆菌；肺结核；耐药 A Systematic Review of Inactivated Mycobacterium Phlei Injection for Adjunc- tive Treatment of Drug Resistant Pulmonary Tuberculosis ZHAO Guan— Ren①。FENG Duan— Hao (①Department of Pharmacy，the 309th Hospital of PLA，Beijing 100091 China) ABSTRACT：Aim To assess the efficacy and safety of inactivated mycobacterium phlei injection for drug— resistant pulmonary tuberculosis．Methods The published high— quality random and controled clinical studies of effect of my— cobacterium phlei on drug— resistant pulmonary tuberculosis was researched．And these studies were evaluated and analyzed by means of Meta— analysis．Results A total of 6 studies involving 424 cases were found and analyzed．The inactivated mycobacterium phlei injection adjunctive treatment group consisted of 21 2 cases，including 1 55 patients with pulmonary cavity．The nidus of 1 85 eases was absorpt；sputum tubercle bacillus of 169 cases disappeared；and pulmonary cavities of 1 10 cases closed．The control group consisted of 212 cases including 15 1 patients with pulmo— nary cavity．The three indexes were 1 17，104 and 60 respectively．The pooled OR of three therapeutic effect inde— xes were 5．55，4．66，4．36 respectively．The P value of test for overall effect was less than 0．000 01，suggesting significant difference in therapeutic effect．Conclusion Inactivated mycobacterium phlei injection could enhance the therapeutic effect of chemotherapy for drug— resistant pulmonary tuberculosis．
