消防安全管理程序 Fire safety management procedures 1．目的Purpose 为规范项目的消防管理工作，确保施工期间的消防安全,预防火灾、爆炸事故的发生，把事故造成的损失降到最低，特制定本程序。 In order to standardize the fire management of the project, to ensure that the fire safety during construction, to prevent firethe occurrence of an explosion, to minimize the losses caused by the accident, we specially formulated this procedure. 2．职责Responsibilit 2.1项目经理部Project anagement team 2.1.1负责成立火灾应急指挥领导小组，负责组建项目义务消防队。Responsible for the establishment of fire emergency command leading group responsible for the formation of project fire fighting team. 2.2安全环保部Safety and environmental protection department 2.2.1负责项目部消防工作的监督、检查、指导、考核。Responsible for the supervision, inspection, guidance, assessment of fire fighting work for the Project Department. 2.2.2每月组织公共区域消防专项检查，更新检验标识。 Organize the fire special inspection of public areas monthly, and update inspection signs. 2.2.3组织消防培训，定期组织消防演习，在施工高峰时应增加培训和演练频次。Organize fire training, organize fire drills on a regular basis, and increase training and exercise frequency at peak construction. 2.3物资管理部Material management department 2.3.1负责消防器材的购置、灌装、发放、回收和报废。Responsible for the purchasement, filling, distribution, recycling and retirement of fire equipment. 2.3.2物资管理部负责仓库区消防管理。The material management department is responsible for the fire management of the warehouse area. 2.4施工队Construction team 2.4.1负责本单位施工区（含工具房，下同）的消防管理，负责施工区消防器材的领用、配置、维护、回收、退库；每月组织施工区消防专项检查，更新检验标识。Responsible for the fire management of the construction area (including the tool room, the same below), responsible for the using, configuration, maintenance, recycling, return of fire equipment in the construction area; Organize the fire special inspection of construction areas monthly, and update inspection signs. 2.4.2组织本单位的防火、防爆检查和隐患整改。Organize the fire prevention, explosion-proof inspection and hidden rectification of the unit. 2.5工程管理部 Project management department 负责施工现场和生活区消防水系统、临时设施消防的设计，并组织实施。Responsible for the design of fire water system
