消防疏散演习方案 Fire Evacuation Drill Program 演习目的： 保证公司员工的生命财产安全，提高员工的消防意识和自救逃生能力。 Drill Purpose: Ensure the lives and properties of the company’s employees and improve the fire awareness and fire management and self- rescue and escape capability of the employees. 演习时间： 2013年9月第二个星期，第一次16：00（白班）；第二次21：00（夜班）。 Drill Time: 2nd Week in September, 2013: 1st Time: 16:00 (Day Shift); 2nd Time: 21:00 (Night Shift) (discuss whether this is necessary) 三、 职责： III. Responsibilities 1、总指挥：公司总经理，负责火灾警报的发布和解除，并组织义务消防队实施灭火救援工作。 1. Commander-in-chief: the General Manager of the company is in charge of releasing and terminating the fire alarm and organizing volunteer fire brigade to conduct fire fighting and emergency relief work. 2、避难引导组：由各部门经理负责，组员为各部门主管/拉长/助理拉长，负责人员疏散的组织指挥；部门主管/拉长负责疏散人数的清点工作，并将疏散用时、应到人数、实到人数及疏散中发现的问题点进行记录，由安全主任汇总后报总指挥。 2. Emergency Evacuation Routes Team: each department manager is in charge of organizing and commanding personnel evacuation and the team members are composed of head/ leader/ assistant leader of each department, in which the head/ leader/ of each department is in charge of counting the number of evacuees and recording evacuation time, expected arrives number, actual arrives number and trouble spots found in evacuation, and then the safety officer is in charge of summarizing the above conditions and reporting them to the Commander-in-chief. 3、抢救行动组：生产部经理Trevor负责。组员为义务消防队员，负责扑灭火灾和人员物资抢救（救人为第一职责）的演练。 3. Rescue Operation Team: Trevor, Manager of Production Department, is in charge. The team members are volunteer firefighters, who are responsible for the drill on putting out fires and rescuing people and materials (Priority shall be given to saving the people). 4、警戒组：当值保安，负责消防车的接引和公司内外的次序，防止有人趁火打劫，由人事行政部Jacky负责。 4. Guard Team: the Security Guards on duty are responsible for guiding the firefighting vehicle and Jacky, HR Admin Department, is in charge of keeping the order inside and outside the company to prevent the fishes in troubled wate
