Abstract :With the social development ，increasing building height and structural complextity ，the importance of
building fire facilities is more and more increasing． Currently ，the management level of fire facilities has achieved
considerable progress ，but it still exists many problems． According to the daily supervision ，inspection and manage-
ment status of building fire facilities ，the current status and existing problems of them were analyzed ，and also the
reasons causing these problems
