千人会堂 工程施工组织设计 摘 要 本次毕业设计是千人会堂工程施工组织设计。该设计的主要内容有: 工程概况及施工特点分析、施工组织部署、施工准备工作、主要分部分项工程的施工方法、施工进度计划的编制、施工平面图布置、各种施工技术组织管理措施、新技术新工艺新材料新方法的应用以及相关图纸的绘制等。 本次设计的重点内容是主要分部分项工程的施工方法的选择，主要包括基础工程、主体工程、砌筑工程、屋面工程、装饰装修工程等分部工程的施工方法的选择。基础工程中主要介绍了土方开挖方案以及条形基础模板施工方案: the project summary and the analysis of construction characteristics、construction organization and deployment、construction preparation, main partial project of construction method, construction schedule, construction plan layout, all kinds of construction technology of organization and management measures, new technology and new process new material application of new methods and related drawings, drawing and so on。 The main content of this design is the main branch, the selection of the construction method of the sectional works mainly include basic engineering, the main body engineering, building engineering, roofing engineering, decoration engineering division of the engineering construction method of choice。Mainly introduced the earthwork excavation scheme in the foundation engineering and template, steel bar, concrete strip foundation construction plan; Main body engineering of steel bar engineering, template engineering, concrete engineering, scaffold engineering, vertical transportation facilities and so on various kinds of construction main points of construction technology, construction matters needing attention and construction has carried on the detailed narration。Construction technology of organization and management measures including measures to ensure the construction period, quality assurance measures, safety and civilized construction measures, finished product protection measures, etc。 The difficulties of this design is a construction schedule plan compiling and drawing of the construction plan。Design mainly adopts the CAD drawing of auxiliary software, the main draw the main body project construction plan, construction schedule。 Key words：Construction organization design、const
