柴油机加工车间工具库存补充技术的研究 The research of diesel processing workshop tools inventory replenishment technology 摘 要 由于柴油机制造企业生产部件多，工艺复杂，精度要求高，专用性强，造成所需工具数量庞大、种类繁杂，对工具需求的不确定性使得工具库存的补充难度加大。传统的手工管理方法已远远不能满足企业生产发展的需要。因此，使用计算机技术开发的工具管理信息系统，将企业生产过程中所需工具的库存信息、需求信息、全面地管理起来已成为必需，具有十分重要的意义。 本文在分析了某船舶主机企业加工车间工具种类和特点的基础上，以库存论、灰色理论为理论基础结合工具消耗的实际特点，确定适合工具库存补充策略即什么时候需要补充工具，需要哪种工具和需要多少工具，能满足工具库存量低的同时适合生产需求，并建立了相应的库存预警及补充算法。 本文以Visual Basic为开发平台，SQL Server 2000为后台数据库系统，开发了柴油机加工车间工具库存预警及补充模块，实现了库存历史消耗统计、基于灰色理论的库存消耗预测、安全库存计算、库存预警、经济订货量计算等功能。 关键字：船用柴油机；工具库存控制；安全库存；灰色理论 Abstract Because the diesel engine Manufacturing firm produces the part to be many ,complex process and accurate precision，the tools which used must have huge kinds and much number ,It makes the uncertainty of demand for tools to add more difficult in stock But old management method can not meet the needs of the development in manufacturing enterprise.
