“浙八味”药材中重金属含量现状与评价 钱华﹡，柴振林，王衍彬，许炯，柏明娥 (浙江省林业科学研究院．杭州310023) [通讯作者]　* 钱华，Tel：（0571E-mail：qianhua18@126.com。 [摘要] 目的：为了解“浙八味”各药材中的重金属含量现状。方法：采用石墨炉原子吸收法和无火焰原子荧光硼氢化法测定了我省“浙八味”药材中的铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)、砷(As)、铬(Cr)含量， 并参照《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色标准》和《绿色食品根菜类蔬菜》及《食品中铬限量卫生标准》，对其重金属含量现状进行分析与评价。结果：受铬污染程度浙贝母温郁金元胡玄参白术杭白菊白芍麦冬，同时浙贝母也受到镉的污染。杭白菊及浙贝母、麦冬、玄参、白术、白芍，其中As除浙贝母外，其他5味药材含量远低于标准，而Hg、Pb、Cd、Cr的含量6味药材均已超过或严重超过绿色食品标准。结论：“浙八味” 各药材已受到铬污染，同时浙贝母还受到镉污染。就绿色食品而论，除浙贝母外，杭白菊、麦冬、玄参、白术、白芍的As含量符合标准，而其他重金属含量则已超标或严重超标。 [关键词] 浙八味；重金属；现状；评价 The Actuality and Appraisal of the Content of Heavy Metal of“zhejiang 8 famous kinds herbal medicines” QIAN Hua, CHAI Zhen-lin,WANG Yan-bin, XU Jiong, Bo Ming-e (Zhejiang Forestry Academy，Hangzhou 310023，China) [Abstract] Objective: To realize the actuality of the content of heavy metal of“zhejiang 8 famous kinds herbal medicines” Methods: The content of Pb,Cd,Hg,As,Cr in “zhejiang 8 famous kinds herbal medicines” is analyzed with hydride-atomic fluorescence spectrometetry and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry，and evaluated with national standard．Results: Thunberg Fritillary Bulb is contaminated by Cd, the others is contaminated by Cr in a diferent degree, The order is Thunberg Fritillary Bulb Curcuma wenyujin Rhizoma corydalis Radix scrophulariaeLargehead Atractylodes Rhozome Flos chrysanthemi Radix paeoniae alba Radix ophiopogonis．the content of As of other 5 kinds herbal medicines are under standard values except for Thunberg Fritillary Bulb,And the content of Hg,Pb,Cd,Cr content of 6 kinds herbal medicines is higher than green food standard value. Conclusion: “Zhejiang 8 famous kinds herbal medicines” is contaminated by Cr, and Thunberg Fritillary Bulb is also contaminated by Cd,.
