口服苏打水+常规输液治疗妊娠剧吐的效果分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨口服苏打水+常规输液治疗妊娠剧吐的临床效果。方法 抽选2013年6月～2015年6月在我院接受救治的妊娠剧吐患者76例并结合患者入院时间先后将其分为两组，分别给予常规输液治疗（对照组38例）及联合苏打水口服治疗（观察组38例），评估两组患者治疗效果，统计患者呕吐症状彻底消失时间、整体治疗持续时间、用药平均呕吐次数，测定患者治疗前后血钾、血钠、血氧、二氧化碳结合力以及尿酮体水平等指标。结果 观察组患者治疗有效率（94.7%）高于对照组患者（73.7%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 口服苏打水+常规输液治疗妊娠剧吐效果显著，能有效缩短患者治疗病程且提升患者治疗效果，对改善患者体内多项指标也有良好效果，值得临床推广 [关键词]口服苏打水；常规输液；妊娠剧吐；血钾指标 [中图分类号] R714.14 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）10（b）-0082-03 [Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of Oral Administration of Soda Water and routine infusion in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods Altogether 76 cases of pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarumwere in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were evenly divided into two groups （38 cases in control group and 38 cases in observation group） in reference to their admission time and administered with routine infusion therapy alone for control group and combination of application of Soda Water and routine infusion for observation group.The differences of treatment effects between the two groups were statistically evaluated and measured from multiple indicators，such as complete disappearance time of hyperemesis，the overall duration of treatment，averagetimes of hyperemesis，preoperative and postoperative serum potassium，sodium，oxygen，carbon dioxide combining power and urine ketone level etc..Results The effective rate （94.7%） in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （73.7%），and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Oral Administration of Soda Water combined with routine infusion in treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum patients with significant effect，can effectively shorten the course of treatment of patients and improve the treatment effect，also has good effect on improving the body indexes of patients，is worthy of promotion.
