Influ- ences of N-i SiC composite plating were analyzed by contrast experiment w ith three typical surfactants, non-ionic sur- factants ( O - 10) , cation surfactant, hexadecyl trimet hyl ammonium bromide ( CT AB) and anion surfactant , dodecyl benzene sodium sulfonate ( LAS) . The results show that LAS surfactant can observably improve t he surface quality, however, it has little effect on particles composite quantity; O - 10 surf actant can remarkably improve particles com- posit e quantity and coat ing hardness; CTAB surfactant effectively boosts the suspension and promot es the codeposi- tion of SiC particles and nickel.
