1). Temperature factors:
Especially the influence of temperature on the anaerobic microbes, anaerobic digestion of microorganisms are very sensitive to changes in temperature range (one day within 1.5 ~ 2 ℃ advisable), sudden changes in temperature has obvious effect on methane production, change above a certain temperature range, will stop the gas.
Anaerobic bacteria can be classified as mesophilic (mesothermal), thermophilic bacteria (or high-temperature bacteria); Accordingly, anaerobic digestion is divided into: normal temperature digestion (10 ~ 30 ℃), medium temperature (33 ~ 35 ℃) and high temperature digestion (50 ~ 55 ℃); The reaction rate of high temperature digestion is about 1.5 to 1.9 times that of medium temperature, and the gas yield is relatively high, but the gas is low in methane. When treating wastewater or sludge containing pathogenic bacteria and parasitic eggs, high temperature digestion can achieve better health effects, and the dehydration of sludge is better after digestion. Along with the development research and application of new type of anaerobic reactor, and the influence of temperature on the anaerobic digestion is no longer very important (new reactor biomass is very big), so it can be under the condition of room temperature (20 ~ 25 ℃), in order to save energy and operation costs.
