Analysis of strength of the gearbox housing
The finite element structure strength of the gearbox is analyzed
The gearbox is the main part of the transmission system, and in the gear transmission, the box is subjected to a large load and produces large deformation and stress. The shaft of the transmission is supported by the bearing on the box, so the force deformation of the box has a great effect on the reliability and longevity of the transmission. This section focuses on the physical modeling and finite element structure strength analysis of the gearbox.
The establishment of 3d physical model of the box body of 4.1.1 gearbox
M5ZRI in front of the box body can be divided into box after box two parts by eight bolt connection, as the cast aluminum, its structure is very complex, irregular shape, especially the former bell-shaped cover part of the box body is made up of a lot of curved surface.
