Comparison and selection of wastewater treatment technology
Wastewater anaerobic treatment is developed rapidly in the field of sewage treatment technology in recent years, with high efficiency low energy consumption, stable operation and produce methane, which can realize resource utilization and other characteristics, has become a mainstream technology, high concentration wastewater treatment in one of our country since the 80 s, on the basis of the introduction of digesting and absorbing foreign technology, developed the upflow anaerobic sludge bed (UASB) and anaerobic biological filter (AF), anaerobic fluidized bed reactor (AFBR), sludge bulking bed reactor (EGSB), anaerobic baffle reactor (ABR), and other new technology, has been widely used in alcohol, starch, sugar, beer, and other agricultural and sideline products processing areas, and gradually mature, expand the application in refractory chemical wastewater. The following are the following:
1) upflow anaerobic sludge reactor (UASB)
Upflow anaerobic sludge bed (UASB) technology at home and abroad, has become one of the mainstream of anaerobic treatment technology, there is no carrier in UASB, sewage from the bottom of the uniform, upward mobility, granular sludge (sludge flocs) is on the rise in a suspended state under the action of water flow and bubbles. The lower part of the reactor is a high concentration of sludge bed, which is a low concentration of suspended sludge, which is converted into methane and carbon dioxide gases. At the top of the reactor there is a three-phase separator, which can degas and precipitate sludge into the reactor. The UASB has a high COD load, and the concentration of sludge in the reactor is 100 to 150 g/L, so COD removal efficiency is three times higher than normal anaerobic reactor, which can reach 80% ~ 95%.
