A Course in English Language Teaching Aims of This Course 1. To indicate and update the professional knowledge of students and to enable them to develop their critical views of ELT practice. 2. To give students the opportunity to reflect on this professional knowledge with regard to its application within a wide range of educational contexts; 3.To help students to conceptualizes the practice of language teaching and learning in a wide range of educational contexts in the light of developments in contemporary linguistic , psychological and pedagogical theory; 4.
