英语教学设计 执教者 渔渡中学 凌凤琴 课 题 Unit 10 Where did you go on vacation? Period 4 (Self Check) 教 学 目 标 知 识 与 技 能 1. Learn the new words: make, classmate, discuss, report, sex . 2. Improve the students’ abilities of reading and writing. 3. Master the words, phrases and patterns in Unit 10. 过程 与方法 1. Ask the students to preview Self Check and finish off the exercises from 1 to 2 in the Learning Plan. 2. Check the result of previewing and exchange their ideas with each other.. 3. Organize the learning groups to learn by cooperating and finish off the exercises from 3 to 5 in the Learning Plan. The teacher goes around and help the students who have difficulties in learning. 情感态度与价值观 During the course of this class, the students should understand that writing travel diaries is a very good habit. Diaries will help us remember the past good things. 教学重点 Use the Simple Tense skillfully. 教学难点 Write a diary, 教学准备 Leaning Plan and PPT. 教学方法 Learn first, then teach. Cooperate and study. Discuss and report. Use the Yangsi teaching method. 教 学 流 程 设 计 修订 与补充 Step 1 Revision 1. Revise the words and sentence patterns by dictation or translation. 2. Check the students homework. 3. Finish Self Check 1.Check the words the students know and find out the words they don’t know. Then finish off the first two exercises in the learning plan. 4. Read the words and write some new words in your notebook. Step 2 Presentation 1.Make a survey about the students’ vacations according to the following questions. (1) Where did you go on your vacation? (2) What did you do there? (3) What did you eat there? (4) How was the weather there? 2.Complete the form in activity 3. 3. Teach the new words. 4. Finish off the exercises from 3 to 5 in the Learning Plan. (Requirement:All students must give their answers to each exercise, and the answers must be the same in their group. If they have different ideas, they can invite the teacher to join their discussion and give them proper comments.
