摘 要
自高速线材轧机和轧后控制冷却技术问世以来,随着线材生产技术本身的日益完善和控制技术的进步,高速线材轧机的产品在规格范围、轧制速度、尺寸精度等各方面都有了大大提高。
基于上述条件,本设计拟建一个年产80万吨的高速线材车间,品种为Φ5.5~Φ25.0的高速线材,单卷盘重约2.1吨。在此选择Φ6.0的优质碳素结构钢作为典型产品进行该车间的设计。原料采用连铸坯(150×150),产品质量执行国家标准。
本设计采用连续轧制生产工艺。全线共有轧机2架,其中粗轧机6架,中轧机6架,预精轧机6架,精轧机架线材以盘卷交货,盘卷外径:(1250mm;盘卷内径:(850mm。盘卷高度:1900mm(压紧后),盘卷重。

The Design of A 800,000 Tons high speed wire mill Factory WorkshopAbstract
Since the high speed wire mill and the technology of controlled cooling after rolling was developed, with the increasingly improvement of wire rod production technology and the progress of control technology, the high-speed wires have greatly improved in the range of specifications, the rolling speed, the size precision.
Based on the conditions above, the design plans to build an annual output of 800,000 tons of high-speed wire rod workshop,whose varieties are Φ5.5 ~Φ25.0 high-speed wire, single reel weighs about 2.1 ton.For the design of the workshop,select high quality carbon structural steel of Φ 6.0 as a typical product.Use continuous casting billet (150 x 150) as raw materials , the quality of the products conform to the state standards.
This design adopts the production process of continuous rolling. Broadly shared 28 mills, roughing mills 6, intermediate mills 6, pre finishing mills 6, finishing mill 8,reducing mill 4.The maximum speed of finishing is 150 m/s. The whole production line adopts continuous H/V mills to ensure enough production and reduce accidents. Wire deliveries in coil, coil diameter: Φ1250 mm; the inner diameter: Φ850 mm. volume height: 1900 mm (after compression), volume weights 2100 kg.
