摘 要 LBP-250滚筒式泡罩包装机广泛应用于轻工、医药和化工行业，特别是药品包装。虽然我国的滚筒式泡罩包装有了很大的发展，但是在产品开发、性能、质量、可靠性、价格、服务等方面在与进口产品的竞争中处于劣势。因此，很有必要对滚筒式泡罩包装机深入研究，对其机构、原理、运动、功能进行研究分析，提供结构简单可靠、操作方便、自动化程度高、应用范围广的滚筒式泡罩包装机。 设计内容主要分为四大部分：第一，系统地分析滚筒式泡罩包装机的基本结构和和工作原理，全面分析包装机的工艺路线，得出传动方案；第二，通过工作原里论述分析,对槽轮机构、热封合机构、动力步进机构,得出各结构件的参数；第三，通过数学建模，采用图解法,对运动机构进行力学和运动学分析校核；第四，根据前面所推导的理论，确定整体方案，根据设计所得到的尺寸完成总装配图和其他零件图纸。 关键词：泡罩包装；成型；热封合 Abstract LBP-250 flat blister packaging machine is widely used in light industry, medicine and chemical industries, especially pharmaceutical packaging.
