QF Term 3 – ASA 泉发花园校区第三期课外活动课 Dear Parents 亲爱的家长 ： Term 3 of After School Actives will begin from APRIL 10th, 2017. In this document, you will find a timetable and a complete list of descriptions for each class and the application form. Application forms will also be available in the piazza or with your Campus Manager. If you want to sign-up your child up for an ASA class, please fill out an ASA Application Form and hand it to your campus manager, with full payment before the deadline. 第三期课外活动课即将在 2017 年 4 月 10 日开始 。 您可以在本文看到课外课时间安排表，各门课程介绍及申请表。课程申请 表可以在大厅或园区经理办公室领取。 如果您的孩子需要报名，请将填写完整的课外课报名表以及全额学费于报 名截止日期前交给您的园区经理。 Term 3 2017 第三期 Sign Up Period: 20th – 31st March, 2017 Application Deadline: 31st March, 2017 ASA Term Start Date: 10th April, 2017 报名时间 : 2017 年 3 月 20 日至 31 日 报名截止日期 : 2017 年 3 月 31 日 开课日期 : 2017 年 4 月 10 日 IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: q All fees must be paid in cash with the correct amount; no change will be given. q Please make sure you have read the terms and conditions on the back of your ASA application form. q All classes are based on a “First come, first served” basis. q Generally, ASA class starts at 3:45pm and finish at 4:30. q If you are unsure if your child will like the class then please sign-up for a trial classes - 140rmb. q Parents are kindly asked to stay in the piazza area while your child(ren) is participating in his/her ASA, as watching the ASA can be disruptive to the child and whole class. q Students are not allowed to participate in any ASA if they have been sent home from school or have been of school with sickness the same day. 重要提示 : q 所有费用需用现金支付，不提供找零服务。 q 请您认真阅读申请表下方的课外课条款。 q 所有课程遵循“先到先得”原则。 q 一般情况下，课外课时间为下午 3:45 到 4:30 。 q 课程感兴趣，可以体验试听课一节（费用 140 元）。 q 上课期间，请家长在园区大厅耐心等候，
