我院7251例药物咨询情况统计与分析Δ * # 于 莉 ,邱召娟,沈 健(南京中医药大学附属医院药学部,南京 210029) 中图分类号 R587.1;R95 文献标志码 A 文章编号 1001-0408(2015)02-0260-02 DOI 10.6039/j.issn.1001-0408.2015.02.40 摘 要 目的:为持续提高药物咨询水平和药学服务质量提供参考。方法:收集我院2012-2013年为患者和临床医护人员提供 的有价值的药物咨询记录共计7251份,统计这些记录的咨询人员情况、咨询方式、咨询内容、咨询解答情况,并将咨询内容进行分 类分析。结果:咨询人员中83.6%为患者;咨询方式以当面咨询为主,占81.3%;咨询内容以咨询药物的用法、用量、疗程、功效、适 应证最多,占51.7%;咨询者提出的问题中74.0%药师能当面直接作出回答。结论:药师为患者和临床医护人员提供的药物咨询 服务,可很好地解答其在用药方面的诸多疑问,引导合理用药,同时增进了药师与医护人员之间的联系,促进了临床合理用药。 关键词 药物咨询;药师;药学服务;合理用药 Statistics and Analysis of 7251Cases of Pharmaceutical Consultations in Our Hospital YU Li ,QIU Zhao-juan ,SHEN Jian (Dept. of Pharmacy ,The Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of TCM , Nanjing 210029,China ) ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE :To provide reference for improving the level of pharmaceutical counseling and the quality of pharmaceu- tical care continously. METHODS :A total of 7 251cases of pharmaceutical consultations were collected ,which were provided by the pharmacists for the patients ,nurses and doctors during 2012-2013 in the hospital. All the pharmaceutical consultations were statistical- ly analyzed and categorized according to the information of consultants ,consulting manners ,consulting contents and solutions. RE- SULTS :83.6%of the consultants were patients and 81.3%of the consulting manners were face to face consultations. 51.7%of the consulting contents were about the usage ,dosage ,treatment course ,effects and indications. 74.0% of the consultations could be solved directly by the pharmacists immediately. CONCLUSIONS :Pharmaceutical consultation ,which is provided by the pharmacists , could solve patients ’questions about medications to guide rational drug use ;meanwhile ,it also strengthens contact between pharma- cists and medical staffs to ensure clinical rational drug use.
