China 2015 摘要 现在的社会是一个信息化、数字化的社会，互联网、物联网和云计算技术的迅猛发展，使得数据充斥着整个世界。将大量地原始数据汇集在一起，通过智能分析、数据挖掘等技术分析数据中潜在的规律，以预测以后事务的发展趋势，有助于人们做出正确的决策，从而提高各个领域的运行效率,取得更大的收益。同时，大数据真正的价值在于科学收集数据，突破现有数据信息孤岛，以及在经济、社会和公共领域里面出现的信息障碍。如何将大数据管理好，是对企业的考验。然而，随着大数据广为各个行业所使用，安全隐患将是大数据产业面临的重大挑战。 关键词：大数据， 大数据管理，大数据应用 Abstract Now the society is a society of informatization and digitization, the rapid development of the Internet, Internet of things and cloud computing technology, make the data filled with the whole world. Gathering a lot of original data, through the intelligent analysis and data mining technology analyze the data potential rule, to predict the development trend of affairs after, helps people to make the right decisions, so as to improve the operation efficiency of various fields, and make greater gains. At the same time, the real value of big data is that scientific data collection, break through the existing data information isolated island, and information obstacle in the economic, social and public domain. How to manage the big data, is a trial for enterprises. However, as the widely usage in various industries, the security of big data will face the serious challenges. Keywords：big data, big data management, big data application 1引言 “大数据”从2012年预热，到2013年被各行各业所提及，各种舆论声音纷杂，而其作为时下最火热的IT行业的词汇，已经贴近我们的生活。 徐子沛的《大数据》不是描述大数据的技术类书籍，它实际上更偏社会科学多一些。作者徐子沛以美国的数据管理发展历程，包括数据统计、数据方面立法、数据可视化分析的发展方向、数据管理面临的困局等作为主体，通过讲述美国半个多世纪以来信息开放的历史进程，作者列举了大量大数据应用的例子，使得读者可以饶有兴趣地感受到隐藏在大数据后面的巨大能量，而不是某些过于偏技术性的书那样枯燥无味。 数据是对信息数字化的记录，其本身并无意义；信息是指把数据放置到一定的背景下，对数字进行
