Bone marrow is the major source of adult stem cells, including mainly the bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells and mesenchymal stem cells. End-stage liver disease is a serious clinical systemic syndrome, and the use of stem cells in the treatment of end-stage liver disease has received more and more attention.
