On cultural differences impacting on international negotiationsAbstract:Now,the world is fast developing in the age of economic globalization. Business contacts among nations get increasingly closewhich has brought more and more opportunities for business field. Culture factors have always been ignored inmaking global marketing strategy and adjustment. Thus, somenegotiators often make the mistake of seeing foreign culturethrough their own habitual lenses. Doing so can lead to manymissteps that can cost the company business. These differencesmust be understood and accepted prior to entering internationalbusiness dealings. As a result, understanding the different culturalenvironments that exist among nations and considering culturaldifferences in all facts of business are of great significance to theoperation of international business negotiation. IntroductionThe business negotiations under different business cultural conditions come to multi-cultural negotiations. With the economic globalization and the frequent business contacts, cultural differences seem to be very important, otherwise they could cause unnecessary misunderstanding, even affect the result of the business negotiations. This means it is very important to know the different culture in different countries and the ways to avoid the culture conflicts in the international business negotiations. The article commences from the definition of the culture in the area of business.
