* Share dishes 美食分享 Next I will do a introduction which refers to eating as I known First: My hometown is located in lianyungang, jiangsu province, belongs to the northern jiangsu area 我的家乡位于连云港, 苏北地区 North jiangsu dish has its unique style, the relevant focuses on flavor makes a deep impression on me苏北的名菜有它独特的风格,有关徐海风味留给我的印象比较深刻 Xu Hai flavor 徐海风味 Xuhai flavor is represented by xuzhou, lianyungang area, taste fresh salty moderate, and not light, strong and not polluted. Focuses on special representatives are: farewell my concubine, repeatedly dog meat, Peng Cheng fish balls, chicken to the pan, and so on徐海风味以徐州、连云港一带为代表,鲜咸适度,清而不淡、浓而不浊。徐海风味菜代表有:霸王别姬、沛公狗肉、彭城鱼丸,地锅鸡等。 In the four course, there are 2 courses I have eaten 四道菜中,有2道菜我吃过 For instances:比如: Farewell to My Concubine for Xuzhou dishes. The legend is created for Yu Ji。 The Pot contains a turtle with chicken which wings will be put into its mouth, therefore it is said“Farewell to My Concubine”. This dish of chicken and turtle meat tasted tender, delicious mellow (芳醇的), authentic, and rich nutrition, is a tonic(滋补品). 霸王别姬为徐州名菜。传为虞姬所创。因原料有鳖有鸡,且加工时将鸡翅别在鸡嘴里,谐言“霸王别姬”。此菜鸡肉、鳖肉肉质酥嫩,味鲜醇厚,原汁原味,且营养丰富,为滋补佳品。 Farewell to my concubine--霸王别姬 Pot chicken: around the pan is dough [do? 生面团] paste cake, a piece of grass cock(公鸡),other vegetables and seasoning(佐料). when very cold on the occasion, around this pot of drinking a small meal, too wonderful for words.
