编号：xxxxxxxxxxxx 本 科 毕 业 论 文 题 目： 混凝土搅拌机的设计 学 院： 机械工程学院 专 业： 机械制造及其自动化 年　　级：　 09级 　　　　　　 姓 名： 指导教师： 完成日期： 2013年4月 摘要 随着我国经济建设和科学技术的迅速发展，基础性建设规模的不断扩大和生产自动化更多的运用于生产，建筑机械在经济建设中起着越来越重要的作用。混凝土搅拌设备是建筑机械中的一个重要代表，它是混凝土生产的一个关键设备。由于混凝土搅拌设备的工作对象是砂石和水泥等混合物，并且用量大，工作环境恶劣。因此混凝土搅拌设备在向高科技、高效能、自动化、智能化的方向发展有很大的必要性。 混凝搅拌机就是把具有一定配合比的砂、石、水泥和谁等物料搅拌成均匀的符合要求质量要求的混凝土机械。本文主要体现的是小型水泥搅拌机的传动机构的分析设计。 关键词： 机构分析； 传动设计； 混凝土搅拌机 Abstract Along with our country economic development , the science and the technology develop rapid ,the foundational construction scale uncealing expansion and the production automation more useful in the production,constructs the machinery to play the more and more vital role in the economic development. The concrete agitation equipment is an importment representative who constructs in the machinery, it is a concrect production essential equipment. Because the concrete agitation equipment work object is blends and so on sand and stone and cement, and the amount used is big, the working conditions are bad. Therefore the concrete agitation equipment in to high-teach, the high efficiency, automated,the intellectualized direction develops has the very big necessity. Despite the continuous development of material handing technology, but as the cart is still indispensable transporttation tool still in use. Conceret mixer is a machine to mix some of the sand, stone, cement and water into a uniform materials to meet the quality requirements of concrete. The design process of the transmission mechanism and strength check of the small cement mixer is expounded in this paper.
