UPLC-MS/MS 测定降糖类中药制剂及保健品中 8 种化学药的研究 杨钊，陈安珍，吴爱英，李欣荣 （山东省青岛市药品检验所，山东青岛 266071 ） 摘要：目的 建立一种测定降糖类中药制剂及保健品中违禁添加 8 种化学药的超高效液相- 串联四级杆质谱方法。方法 使 用超高效液相- 串联四极杆质谱的多反应监测（MRM ）模式测定。结果 8 种化学药测定的线性范围在 0.5 ～200.0 µg·L-1 之 间，r 分别在 0.997 1~0.999 8 之间；盐酸二甲双胍、盐酸苯乙双胍、格列奇特、盐酸吡格列酮、格列吡嗪、格列美脲、格列 苯脲和格列喹酮的检出限分别为 5.2 ，1.1，5.4 ，0.2 ，5.1 ，0.2 ，0.7 和 3.1 µg·kg-1 ；3 个水平的回收率分别在 84.3%~121.1 % 间。结论 该方法快速、准确、灵敏，可用于降糖类中药制剂及保健品中违禁添加 8 种化学药的测定。 关键词：降糖；中药制剂；保健品；超高效液相色谱法；串联四极杆质谱 中图分类号：R917 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1001-2494(2009)11-0870-04 Stuyies on Eight Anti-iabetic Medicines in Traditional Chinese Medicines and Health Foods by UPLC MS/MS YANG Zhao ，CHEN An-zhen，WU Ai-ying ，LI Xin-rong （Qingdao Institute for Drug Control, Qingdao 266071, China） ABSTRACT ：OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of 8 anti-iabetic medicines in traditional Chinese medicines and health foods by UPLC triple-quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer. METHODS Using UPLC-MS/MS to determinate by multi-reactions monitoring(MRM) technology. RESULTS The standard curves of the 8 chemical compounds showed good linearity over the concentration range of 0.5-200 µg·L-1 and the r between 0.997 1 and 0.999 8 respectively.The detection limits of the methformin hydrochloride, phenformin hydrochloride, gliclazide, pioglitazone hydrochloride, glipzide, glimepiride, glibenclamide and gliquidone were 5.2, 1.1, 5.4, 0.2, 5.1, 0.2, 0.7, 3.1 µg·kg-1 separately. The average recoveries were 84.3%-121.1% at three levels. CONCLUSION The method had the advantages of rapidness, higher precision and higher sensitivity, was suitable for the determination of 8 anti-iabetic medicines in traditional Chinese medicines and health foods.
