瑞舒伐他汀的不良反应及应对措施 郑春美，张华芳*(绍兴文理学院医学院，浙江 绍兴 312000) 摘要：目的 分析瑞舒伐他汀的不良反应并提出应对措施，为合理用药提供参考。方法 检索 2002—2009 年国内外医学 期刊中瑞舒伐他汀不良反应的报道，进行归纳、分析。结果 瑞舒伐他汀的不良反应有：横纹肌溶解症、肝毒性、肾毒 性、咽炎、头痛、流感样症状及其他。结论 瑞舒伐他汀的不良反应，应引起临床高度重视。可从把握剂量、做各项检 查(如检测肌酸激酶水平、检查肝功能) 、牢记禁忌症等方面减少不良反应的产生。 关键词：瑞舒伐他汀；不良反应；应对措施 中图分类号：R972.6 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1007-7693(2010)02-0115-03 Study of Adverse Reactions and Countermeasures of Rosuvastatin * ZHENG Chunmei, ZHANG Huafang (Shaoxing University School of Medicine, Shaoxing 312000, China) ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To guarantee the rational use of medicines, the adverse reactions (ADRs) of rosuvastatin were analyzed and countermeasures were proposed in the study. METHODS In searching of medical journals around the world from 2002 to 2009, the ADRs of rosuvastatin were summarized and analyzed. RESULTS Many ADRs were reported in these articles, such as rhabdomyolysis, liver toxicity, renal toxicity, pharyngitis, headache, flu-like symptoms and so on. CONCLUSION More attention should be paid to ADRs of rosuvastatin to ensure the safety of clinical use. In order to reduce ADRs of rosuvastatin, summary information on countermeasures was provided. For example, mastering the dose, keeping in mind the contraindications, doing inspection(such as the detection of creatine kinase level and liver function), were all good measures.
