我院门诊3 291 张中药处方分析 * # 苏玉纯，沈紧治，王 政（厦门大学附属中山医院药学部，福建厦门 361004） 中图分类号 R969.3 ；R932 文献标志码 A 文章编号 1672 －2124 （2014）08 －0720 －03 摘 要 目的：了解我院门诊中药处方用药情况，找出处方用药规律及存在问题，为中药房工作和中医临床用药提供参考。方法： 抽取我院门诊2013 年每月3 个工作日的中药处方共3 291 张，从处方书写规范性、用药合理性、中药使用情况等方面进行统计分 析。结果：我院中药处方在临床诊断、用药疗程、用法用量等方面存在问题，平均处方金额为76.21 元、平均药味为10.14种，甘草使 用率最高，补益药使用量最大。结论：我院中药处方合理性存在一定问题，单方剂量偏大、药味偏多，但金额适中。亟需国家相关 管理部门和医院重视和加强对中药处方的管理，制订切实有效的管理办法，促进中药临床合理应用。 关键词 中药；处方点评；用药合理性 Analysis of 3 291 Outpatient Prescriptions of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Our Hospital SU Yu-chun ，SHEN Jin-zhi ，WANG Zheng （Dept. of Pharmacy ，Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen Uni- versity ，Fujian Xiamen 361004 ，China ） ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE ：To investigate the outpatient use of traditional Chinese medicine so as to find out the regularity and the problems in drug use in our hospital for references of pharmacy and clinical medication of traditional Chinese medicine. METH- ODS ：3 291 outpatient prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine collected in every 3 working days in each month of 2013 in our hospital were analyzed statistically with regard to the standardization in prescription writing ，rationality in drug use and the utili- zation data of traditional Chinese medicine. RESULTS ：The outpatient use of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital had prob- lems in clinical diagnosis ，course of treatment ，dosage administration etc. The average consumption sum was 76.21 yuan per pre- scription and an average of 10.14 drugs were prescribed with licorice used most frequently and reinforcing drugs ranked the first in terms of consumption amount. CONCLUSIONS ：The use of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital was irrational in that the dosage of simple recipe and the number of drugs per prescription were on the high side although with rational consumption
