信函翻译 Translation of letters 书信的结构 信头 letter head 日期 date 收信人姓名，职位及地址 addressee’s name, title and address 称谓 salutation 信文 body of the letter 结尾 complimentary close 签字 signature 其他 others 称谓，只写姓，不写名，如Mr. Smith。如果称其职位，则不加姓，如：Mr. Chariman, Mr. President. 信文，要求简明扼要，一事一函。如果是回复信，开头一定要提及对方来电的日期、编号。应该开门见山，避免拐弯抹角。 结尾，在最后一行的下面一行或者两行。 Yours (very) truly, Truly yours, Sincerely yours, Yours faithfully 签字： Yours truly, （签字） Zhang Xin Manager Clearing Center 附言：P.S.
