(3) Making sure that the information offered will be strictly kept secret and explain the reason for an early reply. (4) Telling a stamped addressed envelope is enclosed (5) Expressing thanks and hope to get further help. (1) Make sure your inquiry is based on the third party that both can be relied on such as a bank, a commercial chamber or another company; (2) State your request in a direct way. (3) It is polite to enclose a reply envelope because you are asking for help. (4) A letter of reply should be frank, sincere and honest. Usually on the envelope the word “Confidential” should be written. (1)Writing should be in the positive and favorable tone; (2) Paragraphs are arranged to state one problem in one paragraph; (3) The letter should be short, concise and varied in grammar and choice of words. (4) Words as “Strictly Confidential” or “ Private Confidential” often appear in the beginning of the letter and on the envelope.
