摘 要 通过整合矫正碎片化的卫生服务提供成为目前卫生发展的优先命题。 文章从我国断裂的卫生服务体系现状和卫生
体制改革的发展方向出发， 结合整合型卫生服务概念的历史演变， 对我国整合型卫生服务的概念框架进行系统构建和探讨。

Abstract Addressing fragmental health services provision through integration is regarded as the priority proposition of health
development. Based on present situation of health service system fracture and development direction of health reform in China, and
combining with historical evolution of integrated health service concept, the paper tries to systematically explore and construct a
conceptual framework of integrated health service adapted to China.
