关节镜下半月板成形术治疗盘状半月板损伤的临床效果 　　[摘要] 目的 观察关节镜下半月板成形术治疗盘状半月板损伤的临床效果。 方法 选取2012年6月～2015年6月江苏省常州市第一人民医院收治的86例盘状半月板损伤患者作为研究对象，依据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组（42例）和研究组（44例），对照组行关节镜下全切除术，研究组行关节镜下半月板成形术。观察比较两组患者Lysholm评分情况、术后3个月HSS评分和并发症发生情况。 结果 对照组的优良率（52.38%）显著低于研究组（79.55%），差异有高度统计学意义（P 0.05）；术后3个月对照组和研究组患者的Lysholm评分[（75.39±17.44）、（91.46±18.21）分]均较术前[（58.29±11.35）、（61.08±13.19）分]显著提高（P 0.05）。两组患者术后均愈合良好，未出现感染、深静脉血栓形成等明显的并发症。 结论 关节镜下半月板成形术可以显著提高膝关节半月板损伤的临床疗效，改善关节功能，且安全性好，值得临床推广应用 [关键词] 关节镜；半月板成形术；盘状半月板损伤 [中图分类号] R68 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）09（c）-0111-04 [Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of arthroscopic menisci reformation in the treatment of discoid meniscus injury. Methods 86 cases of patients with discoid meniscus injury admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Changzhou City from June 2012 to June 2015 were selected as research objects， according to different treating methods， the patients were divided into control group （42 cases） and study group （44 cases）， control group was taken arthroscopic total hemorrhoidectomy， study group was taken arthroscopic menisci reformation. The conditions of Lysholm scores， HSS scores after operation for 3 months and postoperative complications between the two groups were observed and compared. Results The excellent and good rate in the control group （52.38%） was lower than that of study group （79.55%）， the difference was highly statistically significant （P 0.05）； the Lysholm scores after operation for 3 months in the control group and study group [（75.39±17.44）， （91.46±18.21） points] were all higher than those before operation [（58.29±11.35）， （61.08±13.19） points] （P 0.05）. Both groups were cured well， without obvious complications， such as infection and deep venous thrombosi. Conclusion Arthroscopic menisci reformationcan significantly enhance the clinical effect of discoid meniscus injury， improve joint function， the safety is good， which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. 　　[Key words] Arthroscop
