宫腹腔镜联合辅助生殖技术治疗输卵管性不孕患者的临床疗效及安全性 　　【摘要】目的：探究与分析宫腹腔镜联合辅助生殖技术治疗输卵管性不孕患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选取我院自2013年8月至2015年8月?е蔚?90例输卵管性不孕患者，采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各45例，对照组给予宫腹腔镜手术治疗，观察组在其基础上联合辅助生殖技术治疗，对比两组患者输卵管再通率、1周内性生活频率、并发症发生率及随访2年的妊娠率。结果：对照组与观察组壶腹部及伞端梗阻、峡部梗阻及间质部梗阻率及再通率相比均无明显差异（P0.05）。观察组较对照组相比1周内性生活频率、1年内妊娠率、2年内妊娠率均明显提高，具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：采用宫腹腔镜联合辅助生殖技术治疗输卵管性不孕患者的临床疗效显著，有效提高输卵管再通率，降低并发症发生率，安全性较高，增加了性生活频率、随访2年可获得更高的妊娠率，值得推广 【关键词】宫腔镜；腹腔镜；辅助生殖技术；输卵管性不孕；疗效；安全性 【Abstract】Objectives： To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of laparoscopic assisted reproductive technology in treatment of tubal infertility. Methods： 90 patients with oviduct infertility treated in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group， 45 cases in each group. Control group was given palace laparoscopic surgery， while， on such basis， observation group was jointly given assisted reproductive technology treatment. The recanalization rate of fallopian tube， frequency of sex life within a week， the rate of complications and pregnancy rate were followed up for 2 years and compared. Results： Difference in recanalization rate of periampullary and umbrella obstruction， isthmus obstruction and interstitial obstruction rate was not significant between the two groups （P 0.05）. The frequency of sex life within a week， pregnancy rate within a year and 2 years in observation group was significantly improved compared to control group， with statistical significance （P 0.05）.
