卫生部涉及饮用水卫生安全产品卫生行政许可 申报受理规定 Regulations on the Application of Hygienic Administrative License of Products Related to Drinking Water Hygiene Safety of the Ministry of Health （征求意见稿） (Soliciting Opinions) 第一章 总 则 Chapter I General Provisions 第一条 为规范涉及饮用水卫生安全产品（以下简称涉水产品）申报受理工作，保 证许可工作公开、公平、公正，依据《消毒产品、涉及饮用水卫生安全产品卫生行 政许可管理规定》制定本规定。 Article 1 The regulations are formulated in accordance with the Regulations on the Administrative Provisions on Hygiene Administrative License of Disinfection Products and Products Related to Drinking Water Hygiene Safety to standardize the application of drinking water hygiene safety products (hereinafter referred to as “water related products”) and ensure the licensing is conducted in an open, fair and impartial way. 第二条 本规定所称涉水产品是指《国务院对确需保留的行政审批项目设立行政许 可的决定》（国务院第412号令）由卫生部许可的国产和进口涉水产品。 Article 2 The water related products in the Regulations refer to the domestic and imported water related products licensed by the Ministry of Health (the “MOH”) in the Decision of the State Council on Establishing Administrative Licensing for Administrative Approval Items That Should Be Maintained (State Council Order No.412). 第三条 申请人首次申报涉水产品行政许可，应先登录卫生部卫生监督中心网上申报 系统，申请用户名、密码并提交申请后，再向卫生部卫生监督中心提交行政许可书 面申报资料及样品。 Article 3 For initial license application of the water related products, the applicant shall log in the online application system of National Center for Health Inspection and Supervision of the MOH to register username and password and submit application, and then submit written application documents and samples to health supervision center for license application. 第四条 申报材料的一般要求： Article 4 General Requirements for Application Materials: （一）涉水产
