计量检测体系在企业中的应用研究课件.doc

摘 要 计量工作是实现管理现代化的最基本条件，是企业经营管理的重要基础。计量工作是否有效，关系企业从物料进厂到成品出厂、从质量管理到环境监测、从经济效益到发展规划的方方面面工作有序开展。计量管理体系也就成为企业整个管理体系中的重要组成部分。 本文通过介绍目前最先进的计量管理体系——计量检测体系的管理思想、组成内容、实施方法，对计量检测体系的建立、运行进行了研究。本文选取的研究对象是江苏镇钛化工有限公司，该公司的计量管理工作在我国国有改制企业中具有普遍代表性。通过对照计量体系的八项管理思想，本文仔细分析了企业目前计量管理中存在的问题，说明企业推行计量检测体系的原因及过程。经过逐一分析企业的计量需求，确定了计量检测体系的适用范围；在对企业推行计量体系进行策划后，编制了符合规范要求、符合企业实际的计量体系文件。对企业内需要控制的各过程进行分析、确认，对企业的测量设备实施计量确认，在体系试运行后，对体系持续改进的措施进行了研究。为便于理解计量体系的应用，本文还对企业在能源计量、产品包装上的应用进行了分析研究。 本论文通过对江苏镇钛化工有限公司实施计量检测体系的过程进行剖析、研究，对企业建立先进的计量管理体系的方法进行了探索，希望对企业实施先进的计量管理有所帮助。同时，希望企业对计量工作的作用提高认识，以提高计量管理水平和计量检测能力，为质量体系、环境管理体系等有效运行提供有力支撑，而实现企业现代化管理目标。 关键词：计量检测体系 建立 运行 应用 ABSTRACT Metrological work is the basic condition to realize modernization management and the important basis to manage the company. The effectiveness of metrological work relates to everything during the work, it includes almost every part of the company, from raw materials to finish products into the factory, from quality management to environmental monitoring, from the economic efficiency to the development planning. Metrological management system plays an important role in the whole management system of the company. The thesis introduced the most advanced Metrological Management System, including metrological thoughts, content, and implementation method. It built up the Metrological System and had a research on it. The object of the research in the thesis was the company named Jiangsu Zhentai Chemical Co. Ltd. The Metrological System in this company was universal in our country state-owned restructured enterprises. Through the control measure system in the eight management thoughts, this thesis carefully analyzed the problems existing in the management, and gave the reason that company should push this advanced system. Through analyzing the metrological needs one by one, I determined the measuring system application scope.
