The evaluation results show that: rice producing area water environment quality overall is good expect in addition to individual regions in Guizhou (The water quality categories as inferior to V class), which must be able to meet the irrigation water quality standards, the quality evaluation standard of edible agricultural products, the agricultural product safety and quality non-pollution agricultural products producing area environmental national requirements of the request. Irrigation water not under or by light pollution, the current state of non-pollution rice production safety should be able to fulfill requirements. In comply with the relevant provisions of the water as the paddy field irrigation water, this produced rice may accord with the requirements of high yield, high quality and safety. However, if the quality of irrigation water did not comply with relevant standards or by sewage irrigation that will produce great influence on rice production safety. Don’t produce rice products that could satisfy the requirement of people’s health. This article stand for transformation of rice base, scientific planning and construction of new rice base, improve water quality and further improving the quality of rice provide the basis.
