昆明裂腹鱼全人工繁殖技术研究 周礼敬，詹会祥1，刘桂兰1，晏宏2，杨林1 （1.毕节市水产技术推广站，贵州 毕节551700；2.贵州省水产技术推广站，贵州 贵阳550000） 摘要：2015年4月13~18日，利用经过一年强化培育的全人工养殖昆明裂腹鱼亲鱼进行3批次全人工繁殖试验，期间共催产雌性亲鱼132尾，成功产卵132尾，共产卵176.6万粒，绝对怀卵量为10298~16088粒，平均13386.7粒；相对怀卵量为8.6~13.5粒/g，平均10.88粒/g。采用干法人工授精，室内流水孵化。在水温14.0±0.5℃时，受精卵经172h~185h（平均178h）孵化出膜，平均所需积温2464℃*h。其受精率最高达88.6%，最低为72.9%，平均80.7%；孵化率最高达68.5%，最低为53.7%，平均62.8%。获全长9.5mm~12.0mm初孵鱼苗88.8万尾，投喂水蚯蚓作开口饵料，约有66.7万尾仔鱼成功开口摄食，仔鱼开口成功率75.1%，一周后投喂江团鱼苗饲料驯食饲养，到2015年6月5日获全长15.0mm~18.5mm（平均16.5mm）子二代昆明裂腹鱼鱼苗48.9万尾。 关键词：昆明裂腹鱼grahami ZHOU Li-jing1, ZHAN Hui-xiang 1, LIU Gui-lan1, YAN Hong2, YANG Lin1 (1. During the experiment, oxytocin females 132 tail, successful spawning 132 tail, spawning 1.766 million grain, capacity of 10298 ~ 16088 grain, definitely had an average of 13386.7 grain; relative had 8.6~13.5 grain/g, an average of 10.88 grain/g. Using dry artificial insemination, indoor water hatch.
