前言
泵盖的主要作用是密封、紧固。保证油泵正常工作,不漏油,不与齿轮轴打齿。
因此,泵盖要具有很好的伸缩性以及较好的对准性。该零件的工作表面主要是右端面、孔的定位以及配合问题。泵盖的加工工艺的可行性关于到该零件的质量以及生产成本问题。
设计任务书
1、总体介绍:设计包括CAD与CAM两大模块,重点在于CAM。
2、具体要求:根据平面图建模,并对该零件上所有能够铣、钻的表面进行加工。完成指定题目的设计后,要求每人编写说明书一份(包括封面、目录、设计任务书、正文、设计心得与体会、参考资料等七部分,可以打印)。同时上交电子稿与相应prt文件。正文题目完全。

1.4.3 绘制零件的外轮廓,由于是铸件且不是加工面,所以直接按照实际尺寸建模图,经拉伸后形成。
