My Understanding of the Teaching Materials Analysis of the Teaching Materials The grammar knowledge of this unit is about Present Participle as attribute, predicative, object complement adverbial. The exercises in Discoving Useful Structures are well designed. The teacher can finish those exercises through playing games and add other exercises if necessary. About the Ss As Senior 1 students, they are at different levels of English. They are eager to learn, but some students may find grammar dull and boring. So during the lesson, the teacher can arrange some games to let all of them join in to attract their interest and let them be confident and taste the joy of success. Ⅱ. Teaching Objectives 1.Knowledge Objectives: To learn something about Present Participle as attribute, predicative, object complement adverbial. 2.Skill Objectives : To develop the skills of doing exercises. 3.
