摘要Abstract
The competition among modern enterprises, how to attract talent, talent training, management talent, incentive talent has become a business whether successful crucial factor. In many modern successful business, to win the talent resource system, with compensation and benefits system and personnel system, training and performance management of human resources, to establish a highly efficient, mature talent incentive and restraint mechanisms to achieve long-term development of enterprises has become the inevitable. Based on the present our country enterprise management, senior management incentive and restraint mechanisms still exist many deficiencies in the system, the development of specific still exist a lot of bias, in this paper, the majority of domestic enterprises in the talent incentive and restraint system the problem undertakes study, find and put forward the domestic enterprises in this aspect of the problem of existence and inadequacy at the same time, according to the knowledge on the improvement of executive incentive mechanism to make a few comments. I hope this article can be for enterprises of our country talent incentive and restraint mechanism in the specific formulation and practice to provide some theoretical guidance.
