Now we manufacture box filter, plate-frame filter and diaphragm filter press and box filter press is our main product. So this Manual is based on box type. The working principle of plate-frame one is similar with box type, so the Manual is also used for plate-frame one as a reference. 前言 正确安装使用压滤机，认真维护、保养和严格遵守安全操作规程是提高设备使用效率、延长设备使用寿命、保证安全生产的必要条件。因此操作者应熟练掌握压滤机的正确操作方法，还应熟悉压滤机的基本结构和过滤基本原理，才能提高生产效率及避免不必要的设备事故或损坏。 目前我公司生产的压滤机主要有厢式、板框式和隔膜压榨式等系列，厢式压滤机与板框式压滤机相比有许多优越性。在实际生产中以厢式压滤机为主。本说明书也是根据厢式压滤机操作特点而编写的，但板框式压滤机与厢式压滤机工作原理基本相似，所以也能参考。 Briefing The principle of filter press is that the pressure difference on two side of filter cloth push the liquid in material penetrating the cloth and exiting the filter press and the material remains in filter as filter cake.
