摘要
随着电力事业的迅猛发展,对保护电路的要求越来越高。欠压脱扣器是低压断路器的关键元件之一,它的性能关系着断路器是否能以准确、高效的动作,来实现对线路的控制和保护。高可靠、低功耗的欠压脱扣器是适应当今电力事业发展的新型脱扣器。
本设计在分析和总结国内外研究现状的基础上,提出了DW50永磁欠压脱扣器。较电磁型欠压脱扣器而言,本设计中电路只需瞬时输出功率,驱动线圈动作,无需使线圈一直通电,不存在复位弹簧始终受力,线圈发热的问题。在功耗降低的同时也提高了欠压脱扣器的可靠性。此外NEC系列UPD78F9202微型单片机的采用使整个设计具有了高性能、小型化、电子化、智能化、多功能化的特征。DW50永磁欠压脱扣器的研究与推广使用对促进我国低压电器设备总体水平的提高有着非常重要的意义。
本文在大量查阅国内外有关永磁欠压脱扣器文献的基础上,展开了对DW50永磁欠压脱扣器研究与设计。重点对硬件电路进行模块化设计,尽量简化硬件电路,提高设计可靠性,对硬件模块逐个仿真和调试。然后针对所选用的单片机进行软件部分的设计与调试。最后综合软硬件的设计,在仿真软件上调试并做出进一步的改进。最后对本课题做出总结,提出不足和改进的目标。

Abstract
With the rapid development of electric power industry, the requirement of protection circuit getting higher .under voltage release is one of the key components of low-voltage circuit breaker .Whether its relationship with the performance of the circuit breaker can as accurate and efficient action to control and protect the circuit .High reliability and low power consumption under voltage release is a new type release that can adapt to the modern electric power industry development.
This design of DW50 permanent-magnet under voltage release bases on analyzing and summarizing domestic and foreign research present situation .In terms of the electromagnetic type under voltage release ,in this design just need the instantaneous power out ,Do not need to make the coil has been electrified ,there is no reset spring force, coil heat problem .In lower power consumption and improve the reliability of the under voltage release .Moreover ,The adoption of the NEC UPD78F9202 miniature micro controller series make the design has the characteristics of high-performance miniaturized electronic intelligent and multifunctional .The research and promotion of use of the DW50 permanent-magnet under voltage release has very important significance to improve the overall level of Chinas low-voltage electrical equipment .
