Study on Blended Learning in English for Academic Purposes

Abstract: English for Academic Purposes Aims at cultivating students’ ability to do research in English and to conduct cross-culture
communication, and features with broad, up-dated and various contents. Therefore, mere face-face teaching is for suitable for this
course. Shanghai Polytechnic University tries to implement blended learning in English for Academic Purposes combing face-to-face
teaching with on-line learning.
