On behalf of the Chinese Consulate General in Los Angeles, Id like to extend the warmest welcome to Lieutenant Governor Schatz, Speaker Say, and all distinguished Hawaiian guests present today. My welcome particularly goes to Vice Minister Xu Yousheng, who came all the way from China, and my fellow?compatriots?working and living in Hawaii, personnel from Chinese companies, Chinese scholars and students based in Hawaii.
